Is Digital Storm just backed up with codes currently? Just wondering if it's normal to wait a week or more for the codes. I don't wanna be that guy calling in or emailing about not receiving codes. I'm just wondering how long they usually take before I send an email about not getting them.

Send them an email or call now.     This comes up on occasion and they check and then email the code if it hasn't happened.

bpratt22 is right ... call now. I got my game codes before my Bolt arrived. I'm sure they will look into it and send you an email with the codes soon.
Performance matters. Non-Performance is not an option.
