Are the operating system and drivers installed from the backbone network rather than from the bundled CD's during Stage 3 before the computer is assembled and are the testing and burn-in software uninstalled after Stage 5 before they create the Recovery DVD?  Do they use sysprep /oobe /regeneralize to clean up the system before shipping?  Are the bundled CD's unused during Stage 3?

Very nice questions:
 
1. The drivers are usually taken from our network shares.
2. The testing software is un installed before a recovery kit is made. Usually we leave the testing results (stock and then overclocked) on the users desktop.
3. The system is installed, activated for the customer.
4. It depends, usually they are not used.
