Anyone know the specs for the basic OEM case fans for the Velox? The CFM and static pressure?

The reason why I’m asking is that I wanted to make sure the Noctua fans I buy have a higher CFM.

That would be better answered by DS.
You cannot go wrong with Noctua fans and/or those where you need to know the specs if heat is an issue.

I ended up looking at the specs for the RGB case fans they offer. The fans I wanted to install are the Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM. I have extras and it seems these have higher CFM than the upgraded RGb fans.

I’m assuming the RGB fans are better than the stock ones.

don't know for sure, as people have said best to get that info direct from DS, but i wouldn't imagine they're anything more than 55-56 CFM, SSO bearing, 0,44 mm H2O static pressure, 6-7 dBA, non PWM case fans.
