I don't know if they will or not but there is no reason to get it unless you need x3 SLI but need to save money. It's actual performance over the 2600k is not something you will benefit from beyond the fact that it's on the X79 platform that can support more then 2 GPUs.

For gaming the 2600k offers way more then enough power and performance. The 3930/3960 X79 platform is only worth it if you need more then 2 GPUs as I just mentioned or if you are someone who does things like rendering and need as much raw CPU power as possible.

But at the same time some of the money you save buying the 3820 instead of the 3930 will be lost when compared to the 2600k because like all X79 platform chips the 3820 will support quad-channel RAM which requires you to purchase 4 RAM dimms instead of just 2 dimms with the 2600k. So you'll be not only spending more money on chip that does nothing for you but you'll also have to pay for extra RAM that you don't need. Games do not even come close to needing 8GB, let alone 16GB that you'd be running on the X79.

So in short, if you need x3 SLI/Crossfire support but need to save a few bucks then the 3820 is ok. Beyond that it will be a waste of money. The 3820 will not help you in games and if you need more power for things like rendering the 3930 or 3960 will be much better choices.

Here is a straight forward review that discusses these same points.
