I would like to bring to Digital Storm's attention that the Digital Storm Disaster Recovery System (DVD Image Based) is in violation of the Microsoft OEM System Builder license agreement and should be removed from the Software section of the system configuration menu.  Please see http://oem.microsoft.com/script/contentpage.aspx?pageid=516572 for more information.  Digital Storm is a small OEM system builder, not a large OEM like Dell, HP, Gateway.

i'm sure if it was illegal they wouldn't do it. i bet someone from DS will respond accordingly.

ahhh...your Alienware pcs aren't capable of reaching the pure awesomeness of the Digital Storm level and you wanna come on here and find a way to trash them!!! so sad Hahaha

We're not the only system builder offering recovery solutions with their systems.

If it was that illegal then no system builder would offer it.

Our Microsoft contact said that it's perfectly fine.
