Digital Storm Remote That Came W PC Doesn't Work

I recently just purchased a PC through build redux. My rgb's on the fans and pc are stuck at blue. The remote that came with the pc is not working and I cannot change the colors. Does anyone know of a simple work around? Build redux is apparently affiliated with Digital Storm.

These are instructions that came with my remote awhile back. There's a wafer battery inside that could use a reseat or something.

Not a great first impression. Did they resolve the problem with the remote control?

Did you replace/reseat/pull the plastic tab from the battery? Follow any instructions from my post?

I did all of that Cretae, and mine doesn't work either. Received my PC yesterday 9/14/21.

Edit: Should add that my PC is a DS Lumos. Not a Build Redux.

Same here and I pulled the plastic battery guard and still nothing.


UPDATE: After loading the link given above by cretae, I can now use the remote

You have to PRESS and HOLD the buttons for a few seconds to change settings.
