Hello,

So I bought a DigitalStorm Harker in 2015, it came with Windows 8, but when I updated the laptop to Windows 10 my keyboard back lighting stopped working. Can I get drivers from somewhere to fix this problem?

I believe the Harker is the Sager model 9172.  You might need to go to their website and download the latest Win 10 Hotkey driver.

The disc that came with the laptop also has the drivers on it.  Try loading the Hotkey driver and see if it works. It's not the latest driver but might work.   The update might have disabled it.

Your manual will have a driver section that has info and instructions.
