Is there an issue with your main number (866-817-8676)?  I tried calling on Thursday, Friday and today and it just rings indefinitely- I don't even get to a recording or anything.

That's weird... Our phone system is working perfectly fine here. I tried to call it from my cell phone as well with no issues...
 
Have you tried a different number by any weird chance? Try calling our non-toll free number: 510-490-1122 and see what happens?

Hmmmm... if anyone else has this issue where if they call our toll-free number and it just keeps ringing let me know.
