Let me ask a dumb, but serious question. Why do I want this? I can't play DIVX files now, but I've never had the need to, so I'm clearly out of the loop. When is this CODEC useful?
 
Again, I'm being completely serious.....
 
EDIT: My bad.... I actually do have a DIVX codec installed and just didn't know it. I thought it was a native part of WinAmp, but it's not.
