20 days an counting till I order my DS system. My price range is $3000USD (that is includeing the 22in Samsung LCD). I also want to get one 8800GTX and install the Second at a later time. The computer will be for playing MMO games (Mainly Age of Conan which is DX10). I don't do any video editing or graphic design. I would like to see what you recommend for that price. Do what ya do best. |

Yeah, That is exactly what I came up with. I'm still interested to see what one of the DS guys some up with. My main questions is. With the twisterboost on the Stage 3 cooling, they will OC CPU? Or do I have to make other arrangements. Also, what will they OC it to? Thanks again skyR Edited by Colin - 10 Aug 2007 at 3:08pm |

Hey! Check out ticket number: 72691. I added the Samsung 22" and modified the case to the PRO series due to the excellent cooling properties.
Sky did a great job, that is definitley a machine you should be getting. Do you any other questions in general?

Nope, thank you. Now all I need to contemplate is if I want to add another 2 gigs of 1066mhz memory.....

Build for the future with what you have to spend today. 4 gigs of 1066 would make it move faster.

You going to be replacing the machine in 5 years so it's not exactly
future proof. The motherboards Digital Storm provides dont support
DDR3, 45nm CPUs, PCI-Express 2.0, or PCI-Express 3.0.
You won't notice any difference with 4 gigs of ram in any game on the market right now. |
