I just ordered this configuration, before discovering this forum.

I will be gaming (1900x1200), home theatering (HDMI to HDTV and sound system), composing and producing music (USB MIDI), personal accounting (large Quicken data base and some old legacy apps on 2-3 monitors), very light digital photography, and running MS Office productivity apps for various purposes, in addition to general Internet use.  My music studio is adjacent to the living room, hence the need for quiet.  Daily backup to an existing WHS.

I'd be interested in any choices that you would have done differently, or that you might have suggested for me to consider if I'd done this forwards (e.g., ask first, then order).

Thanks.

I would not have used 1.5TB HDDs, you would have been better off with 1TB HDDs

noise suspension might give you higher temps.

other then that it looks good.

Thank you, DST4ME.  Is the 1TB better in speed, reliability, or both?
