Hi everyone 👋 Couple days ago i purchased 32 gb ram 1tb ssd 1070 maxQ gpu nice specs laptop from someone with nice condition on it but first time i was using and i could be able to change backlight color etc.But after i had to do factory reset for it.Person i got it from he told me there was a usb in it for backup etc i can’t find it i did everything to find that app i know the name of it is (Control Center 2.0 ) but i can’ download it can you help me with some driver links etc thank you

I believe the Equinox is the Sager NP 8955, and if so, go to Sager site and download the Hotkey drivers.    Also Check the manual for the key combos needed to select different options with hot keys.   If you didyget the paper manual just download it.

You need the order number and the name of the person as ordered and then go to Support/My account and enter those to access. It will have the software for the DS control center, if that is what you need. Good luck. Big%20Smile

    Nope, not the same as the desktops.      I think he’s looking for the Hotkey driver, but we’ll see if we helped.

Thank you guys! I got the order number and name from the person i purchased from he gave me the receipt i went the website drivers wasn’t there i had to call them they’re figuring it out for me to get drivers i also asked to change to warranty to me they’re going to call me for it but by then i’ll go ahead and try the driver you told me 🙏
