Will I need to download the latest BIOS and GPU drivers when my new desktop arrives from DS?

bios you never update unless its giving you problems, your GPUs drivers should be up to date but if they are not, its really easy to install them, you just uninstall the current ones from add/remove and then reboot and then install the new drivers and reboot again, then you are done.
