Hello,

I was told that there would be some information pertaining to drivers that would be provided along with the laptop purchase. I was wondering where I would go to find the updated drivers for my x15 level 2 laptop.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 560m drives:

Make sure you select these before clicking search.
Product Series: GeForce 500M Series (Notebooks)
Product: Geforce GTX 560M
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit

When you get your laptop, it will be just be ready to use. You turn it on and install your stuff, then you're done.

There is a driver CD included with your laptop. This CD contains all the drivers for your laptop in case if you want to format. Don't lose the CD!

If you want to update to latest driver, you will need to use Windows Update because it's the easiest way to do it. For updating your graphics drivers, I would recommend downloading it off the Nvidia website instead of using the Windows Update.

Always get your gpu, sound card, and etc drivers from the manufacturer of the part, for example for gpu you have nvidia so as Unlicensedhitman posted to go nvidia and download drivers there, never let windows install those.

the rest of your drivers are for mobo, you should have a cd for that as mentioned, but that may not be the latest drivers for that mobo, yoyu need to contact DS to find out where to get the latest drivers for mobo which has sound and all the other stuff.
