I just wanted to let everyone who works on these forums how happy i am with the service i have gotten from digital storm! I have made at least a call a day making changes and i personally would have killed me if i were the technicians! but they were calm and helped me make sure every decision i made would benefit my rig in the end! So thanks again for being curteous, knowledgable, and sociable people!

thanks for the compliments, i dont know about the other guys in support.  i do try to throw a little more personality into my phone conversations with customers.   on the other hand, i do try to keep a degree of professionalism with my conversations at the same time.  on these forums... i'm a goofball.  oh well.

Thanks for the compliment!

I also try to add a touch of personality to each call while maintaining a high level of professionalism at the same time. I know how it is calling a company and talking to someone who has terrible customer service skills, so I try my hardest to ensure our customers are not only satisfied, but are left with an unprecedented level of confidence and trust towards our company.
