It seems I cant get anywhere with a double billing issue.

If you been double billed, we will be more than happy to take care of it.
 
There is no reason why we wouldn't refund you the extra charge...
 
Posting in the forums in regards to a billing issue is definitely not going to get it taken properly. Please either call us and speak with the Billing Department or even better, "Private Message" me your order number and the (date & amount) of the charges and I will personally check with accounting for you.
