So when you guys get an order for a painted case, do you have them powder coated or use some other technique for painting?

Also, for the extra fan mod, is it possible for you guys to do this on other cases than the 950i?  Say if you had a somewhat similar case with a window, could you have a few fans added?

Lastly, are the i5 processors going to be faster than the i7's? or are they more of a budget processor

i5 is using socket 1156 while i7 uses 1366. Less pins = less performance hence the name. Core i5 also doesn't support HT

i3 > i5 > i7 > i9

Core i5 750 is going to be released on September 6th at a price of around $200. Along with some Core i7 800 models for socket 1156.

I know Intel is retarded -_-
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.

It depends on the chassis, but, for a majority of paint jobs, we use automotive powder finish since it is much more durable than regular paint.

EDIT: Typo Big%20smile

i3 is going to be socket 775.

Less pins != less performance.  An i7 870 @ 4ghz w/ a gtx295 performed the same or very similar as a 4ghz i7 920 @ 4ghz w/ a gtx295, in both graphics, and processor/memory bandwidth.

Core i5 does support HT on the dual core, but not the quad core.

Those benchmarks must be bullsh*t, I scored P22278 with the i7 870 @ 4GHz (with HT).
