I just got my aventum x today and had to do windows start up and my devastator 3 keyboard will not type I have tried turning the aventum off & on, switching usb ports & it’s not working the rbg lights are red which I also can’t change. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Sorry about your issue and lack of response. I suggest you call DS if you haven't already. Personally, I would only try a different keyboard to rule out a bad kb but don't know what else to suggest.

Let us know if you solve the problem and how so if there are others with the same issue, they can try some solutions.
