i received my ds system in march of 2009  would like to chnage to windows 7  .. will ds be running any specials for there present customers to upgrade to wndows 7

Sorry, there are no special coupons, etc for older copies of Windows according to Microsoft.
 
You will need to purchase a new copy, or a discounted upgrade.
