Its been on my mind, just in case something were to happen to my comp, does the image disk they bring have all the overclocks on it? Thanks.

The overclock is only stored in the BIOS, so it isn't on the imagedisk.
I would recommending going into your BIOS and writing down all the settings. I keep a little notebook for misc information about my PC for things like that, warranty info, etc.
There are times when running an overclock isn't recommended, like when installing your operating system, or updating your system BIOS. Your motherboard battery could also fail, which would cause you to lose all your settings.
It is a good idea to know how to both set your BIOS back to default settings, and to be able to get them back to where they were with working overclock settings.

I have ESA, so I copied all the info on it. Good to get this covered, cause my comp has some nice OC's and I MUST remember them
