Does DS run the same quality testing for laptops like they do for DS desktops? If not, what tests are run and for how long?

I can't say for sure for how long, I believe it varies from system to system but DS tests all their products.

My Aventum (sorry, I know its not a laptop) was tested for a full day.

I haven't read one real problem with them.
Someone said they couldn't use three key combinations but the verdict is still out on that.

We do run various stress testing tools like we do with our desktops. Please note, desktops are far more complex as we do overclocking on them and they vary in cooling configurations and power supply choices so we have additional tests that desktops need to go through.

Ultimately, there is nothing to worry about as our team does their best to ensure we provide the best product as possible that is throughly tested.

They release tiny little Engineer ants into them. These ants proceed to check all the internal components during an extensive 72 hour long process. Luckily the Engineer ants are well trained, and after 72 hours they disassemble their tiny ant civilization and vacate the laptop. They then submit a typed report (requires a special magnifying glass to read) to the DS technicians verifying the quality of the laptop. If anything needed fixed, the ants fixed it.

Only Digital Storm has Engineer Ants, don't be fooled by imitators.
