I typically build all of my pcs myself but I got a great deal on a PC off Facebook almost a year ago now. This was a DS PC and for the past year it has done me great and has handled everything I have thrown at it. I have upgraded the ram to 64gb and added a couple more hard drives, but other than that everything else's has remained stock from DS. With it's twin rtx 2080s, i9 water-cooled, all on the maximus xi hero board, powered by the EVGA next 750b.
A couple weeks ago the pc just shut down on me. And since I have trouble shot everything. I have wrote a detailed breakdown of this on my own forum located here dirtrif(dot)com/showthread.php?t=36 I am not getting any post, I have tried each and every ram individually, I have removed all non essential components, I have tried each graphics card individually, the board will just not post. The lighting does come on, although the PSU fan does not spin, not sound like it's even on, this system has always been very quite so idk how quite the PSU should really be but even when I jumped the pins to test the PSU the fan only twitches as seen in the video found on my post on my forum. I have looked into evga's warrenty outline and they only warrenty original purchasers being this is a DS PC would mean DS is the purchaser correct? When I bought this PC I did not receive any paperwork or anything other than the windows code, and the serial number, it being hard times for everyone and having just had a baby December 22nd I do not have the funds to buy a new power supply outright, and wanted to know if their was anything DS could do for me with getting this beast of a machine back to it's potential. |

In order for DS to help out here, you're going to have to contact the original Digital Storm purchaser to have a transfer of ownership processed. Only then can DS help you, AFAIK

Sounds like the psu died but with the transfer as posted above, DS will be able to assist directly. Good luck.
