I found a DS wallpaper in my windows directory - it was not set as the default background when I first booted, though.

I would like to make some custom wallpapers via PS CS2... any way to get some high res logos from DS? I suppose I could draw them myself... but would be easier to have a base to work with. Even just some vector/outline selections would help!

I'm sure we have something we could link you to. I know we were tossing around the idea of getting a background server. So that people could upload the images they want as their backgrounds for us. I don't know what happened to that idea though. I'll see what I can do about getting you guys a link to the DS desktop.

Ed,

I like the, err ah, lavender one. Could you convert it to DSO's red and blue paint job colors?

Many thanks Alex for the logo.

I have been trying to paint a Digital Storm car for my on-line Nascar 2003 racing league but was having difficulties trying to use the logos off the web site.

This one has much better resolution.

Thought I would try messing with this in GIMP. Sorry 'bout the image quality, photobucket won't let me save the 1600 x 1200 format I created it in unless I pay up. Tongue

That looks awesome!

tyler, if you email it to me I can host it for you on my web server.

[email protected]

Might be a good idea if we get a lot of these to zip em up and offer as a download.

Would be REALLY cool if they came on new DS systems... but that leads a slippery slope... we love having a squeaky clean install without bloat!

Thanks Ed, e-mail sent Big%20smile.

A choice of splash screens at startup would be super nifty too. Wonder how hard that is to alter in a BIOS?

Thanks again for Hosting Ed. Much better at full resolution Big%20smile. I've got some others I was working on, if I can ever get to the point of being happy with em, I'll put those up.
