Was curious how everyone likes the monitors they got through DS.

Seems all their monitors are widescreen with odd native resolutions, is widescreen support common in todays games?
 
I've never used an LCD monitor before, so I'm concerned with things like ghosting, light bleeds, and resolution support for gaming.
 
I'm thinking about adding a 19 or 22" to my order is why I'm asking. :)

I got a 27.5'' hanns G at best buy for only 419.99 =) Namely because it was the show model and it had a pretty nice ding on the side panel..but really who cares about dings.....im not showing off my monitor to anybody..

Its not to bad, no major complaints about it. Other then i dont like the name of the company.
 
Sucks living where i am though, the sales tax is 9.5% So buying expensive things really kicks you in the butt.

I went to Best buy and picked up a 22" Samsung SyncMaster 220wm for 2 bills. Like Sunfighter I bought a show model which was nice since it works great and retails for $300 and some change.

I just got the 22 inch Syncmaster 2232bw from Best buy for 330.00 one of the best mid priced monitors for gaming.

The computer I have now is a 2ghz single core AMD , Geforce 4600, and 768mb ram.  With a 19" NEC CRT monitor.
 
I'm DYING to get my computer so I can finally play new games Exclamation
 
So yes I'm behind the times.
