Sorry to have to ask such a stupid question but I am new to the PC market. I have a 110 inch projection screen and I am wondering if dual graphics cards will make a difference. What I mean is do dual graphics cards only effect dual projection graphics or do the dual graphics cards both plug into the projection and improve performance? Do you plug one in and that is linked to the other and that improves performance? Or are they independent and it will be useless for single monitor? I'm not so much interested in how much of a difference it makes, but that it does make a difference. Thank you so much.

Dual graphic cards are connected together in the pc by a bridge and act as a much enhanced single card. Only one output is needed for a monitor or screen.
