Ok, so I'm feeling pretty stupid right now..  I've been cleaning the radiator in the back of my machine regularly (at least once every week or two) with compressed air.  I like to know exactly where my machine is at and downloaded Everest to check temps.  Well, my GPU's seemed very happy at 41/58 (idle/load), but my CPU was not doing so well at 51/63.  I was not too happy about getting the same temps as some guys were getting on air.  So, I decided to go cave diving and suddenly realized what the airflow was coming from out of the top..  The CPU radiator!  Embarrassed

I had thought it was kind of weird that there was only one radiator in the loop after the GPU's.  I don't know what I hadn't figured it out until then..

Right after I discovered this radiator (which was very dusty), I also noticed that most of the wires had been stashed right underneath it..  There was hardly any exposed area, which I figure isn't very good for airflow.  So, I adjusted the cables and gave the whole area another good dusting.

Results?  With a boost in the FSB multiplier (@13), my CPU is running at 3.46 Ghz right now.  Temps: 33/48.  And, my GPU's are freezing their chips off at 30/47.  Big%20smile  I'll see if I can make a little bit more room for that "new" radiator, too.

lol cruland... It totally threw me off when I saw I had 2 radiators installed. I used to have one really long one in my other puter but using the 2 makes the cooling lines route easier... good find though...lol

Big Dog.... yes they are radiators. Some models are nothing more than heater cores for cars "rebranded"
