DVD Decoder?

I recently purchased a DigitalStorm PC but neither DVD player came with a DVD decoder or software.
 
Is there a place I can download the decoder software for my DVD players?

Mine did not have one, I am not really sure if it was supposed to or not.  I use VLC media player it plays everything and its free.

DVD Idle Pro works great for me.  You can download a free trial, copy the .exe to a folder (for later), and when the Free Trial expires, just copy & paste to renew.  have fun.

doom9.org is a great site for codecs, players, decoders etc.

Just install the Standard KLite codec pack and you can play any movie in any player.
