DVI-I and DVI-D

   Now that my DS computer is in process (Stage 3), I need to decide on a monitor.  I was eyeing a Dell U2711 which states connection via "2 Digital Visual Interface connectors (DVI-D) with HDCP".  My config includes the EVGA Nvidia GTX 480 which I believe has two dual link DVI-I port.  Can someone confirm that the monitor will work?  After reading Wikipedia it seems like it can, but I want to be 100% sure.
