Hey I bought a computer from digital storm a few months ago and have been enjoying it sense. While I don’t understand computers to well it hasn’t given me any issues I can’t handle. One concern I have though is that when I purchased dying light 2 my spec were well above what is able to use at least medium settings. (Ryzen 7, 16GB ram, and a 3060 ti) the issue here is to just squeeze 50 fps out of the game I have to run the lowest settings possible. Can’t even raytrace

Don't give up yet! A poorly optimized game like this suppresses sales in the marketplace. It often results in patches that make it run better. Here's one that's not quite 3 days old:
https://www.wepc.com/news/dying-light-2-february-8-improves-dlss-for-pc-players/ And here's an article that may be of some help as to what to enable, and what to dial back: https://www.tomshardware.com/features/dying-light-2-pc-performance-benchmarks-settings Note there are some specific things to dial back for better performance without lowering everything. DLSS may slow things down initially, but is said to improve the look of everything given some time to work. The article mentions the best Nvidia driver to use. Do you have Geforce Experience installed? it's a good way to access the latest drivers. A quick scan of the article seems to say perhaps a dial back to DX 11 would enhance performance a bunch. IDK if that's a thing you can do, but it'd be worth a look online to see. All is not lost. This game will be improved along the way. Hope it helps. ![]() |

Also, make very certain that your monitor(s) is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard. It's silly, I know, but there have been a few cases and we just want to be sure.
