Heres a really nice program that will move programs to different locations. So you can install them on your sdd then transfer them to your hdd later if its taking too much space or vice versa. It was originally made to move steam games but it works very well with almost all programs.

Keep in mind anything you move out of your SSD, kinda defeats getting a ssd, if windows files and etc are gonna be on a slower drive, then windows can't take full advantage of your ssd full speed, cause it has to keep going to the Hdd which as slower speeds to access some files.

best option is always to get your HDD1 big enough to fit your os/apps/games and hdd2 should be used for storage of media/work/personal files(not talking about app data folder)
