Hello I just got a GTX 1050Ti Oc Edition Graphics Card but is it enough for latest games on medium settings with a resolution of 1280×800? I need some help is this graphics card worth the wait and money? Thanks.

Keep your expectations where they are, and I think you should get your money's worth. On some games at that res, you may be surprised how well you do.
