What do you think of this video card?

I plan on getting this: EVGA GeForce GTX470 1280 MB DDR5 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card 012-P3-1470-AR

and this psu: Corsair CMPSU-750TX 750-Watt TX Series 80 Plus Certified Power Supply compatible with Intel Core i7 and Core i5

And now I'm looking for a motherboard, cpu combo to install that will be compatible with those two.

its good, with corsair try to go for the HX series instead of the TX series. 470 is ok but 570 is better, if the price difference is little then 570 is the way to go.

Corsair CMPSU-750HX 750-Watt HX Professional Series 80 Plus Certified Power Supply compatible with Core i7 and Core i5

This one?  Also, it says core i7 and Core i5 compatible.  Is that the cpu?  I'm looking at motherboard and cpu combos.  So, I should get a core i5 or a core i7?
Right now the gtx 570 looks too expensive. I'll have to wait and see just how much I'm going to buy. I'm going to run all of this by the DS techs tomorrow to see what they think.

Don't pay attention to that i7 and i5 compatible thing, its compatible with many cpus.

I see the 570 is like $100 more on newegg.

I really think you should just get a mobo for the current pc and upgrade next year.
