Nav what card is the 4th one that just says 780ti OCed? it seems close on all those benchmarks.

I believe it's an OC'd reference card - doesn't indicate anything other than that...

Correct, it's a reference 780Ti that is OCed. The Classified is meant to really shine on water / LN2.
