I don't know if this thread will survive. The names are not of DS competitors but...

According to an article on Gamespot.com (check the EVGA Community forum for reaction), the market has lost a major gpu manufacturer as EVGA drops NVIDIA and will stop making gpus. Cry  Don't wait for the next series to be available from them.

I have been purchasing EVGA gpus for some years now based on their reputation for customer service (which I might add is tops). We'll see how the other\ makers react to this. Surprising and sad.

Hey hose…….I read that yesterday and EVGA will be missed in the graphics market.     My last card to update my next to last DS pc was a EVGA Rtx 3070.   They are not the only reliable cards out there , others can fill the void, but their reputation was excellent.

RIP EVGA graphics.

I've had EVGA cards as well, with never an issue. Total 12 years of service from them. I'll just have to hope the next brand I end up with is as reliable!

I’ve had great luck with MSI over the years.   MSI Gaming line have been reliable, run cool and little to no sound.

JayZTwoCents and Steve both have videos talking about this as they were invited to EVGA headquarters by the CEO for the breaking news.

EVGA has had enough of nVidia's strong arm and controlling ways. Will be interesting to see what happens next.

How come everything I buy gets outdated or stopped being made as soon as I hit the order button? By the time it is on the way to the house, it is a generation behind.

@Onkle_Ken ... the reverse of that is the old saying:

"If I always waited for the next thing then I would never have any thing."

Technology (or life in general) will always move on from whatever bookmark you place. It's ok, change is inevitable and the only constant.

Be happy with your choices as they were the best ones you could make at the time.

Some decisions are hopefully made for life like marriage and they always turn out interesting. :-)

I just hope I live long enough and have the money to buy another high end Digital Storm system & this time higher end than the last Digital Storm beast I got to comfort me in my old age.

Instead of $5,500 I will put away my pennies to get a NASA level system for around $10,000 that will carry me through to meeting you all in Heaven. :-)
