well i got my 9800gt in the mail and it runs to hot ofr me. my old 7650gs NEVER got above 78C but this thing got up to 96C, hear are some questions
 
is this normal
 
what is the best aftermarket heatsink
 
is there a fan controler program FOR FREE that works on vista 32 bit
 
is there any perfomance drop when using a pci E1.0 at 16x

I just installed a thermalright hr-03 gt on my 8800 gt last week and I went from 57C idle to 42C idle.  My load temps were hitting in the 80's and now I don't get out of the 40's.  The cooler is an absolute beast and I would suggest thermalright's aftermarket coolers if you want to keep your graphic cards cooler and you aren't going liquid cooling.
