First off, hi Digital Storm forums!   Thanks for having me.

I am beyond excited for our new rig to arrive, my wife and I. :)

She's amazing.

But I digress, I wanted to inquire to the community here as to how long the stasis of "Order Status:     We have Received your order but have not processed it yet.
Tracking #:     Order has not been shipped yet." lasts?

It has been a few days now, just wondering is it to be expected to stay there?

Order my rig on Apr 18, 2016, order was processed the next day. Currently stuck at Stage 5 since Apr 25, 2016.

Welcome to the DS Family! ... I see buy your "Verified Customer" badge that the process is started. You should probably get the notification that your order has been processed tomorrow (Friday).

Remember, DS keeps regular business hours so if you wish to get in touch with them to inquire about your order tomorrow, it would have to be before 5PM.

Been a week + in Stage 3 Phase 1 Integration. We've put in a few calls, left a message, but haven't heard anything back.

Is it S.O.P. to be in this stage for this length of time?

Within the shipped estimate now as well, figured I'd inquire.

What are your system specs ? Some cases, like the Bolt and Velox do run out and sometimes a particular part is waiting to be delivered because they ran out.

But, you should be updated in those cases.   

There is no set time for each stage. Way too many variables.
