Exporer is not working??? Need help

I am using my old computer to post this message. I have a new digital storm computer that is several months old now. I was on Yahoo reading a news story, nothing out of the ordinary and now the exporerhas closed and stopped working. When I click on it it no longer works and I have the latest version. So I am not sure what happened.

Well I ended up re-installing windows 7 as an upgrade over the current windows 7 that I already had installed. It seems to have worked so far. It would appear that once Windows 7 was re-installed it needed to repari framework 4. Once that was completed it seems to work fine now. So we shall see. Drooling
