Alright, I have recently installed a 2nd Radeon 6950 in my Cooler Master 430 Elite Chassis. It's a mid tower case and with the two cards in there it's a pretty tight fit. Being so, there is only a small gap between the top and bottom card making the top card get much much hotter (10-20 degrees Celsius more) I have a side fan that I recently purchased as well and there is a spot on the side of my case for it. Should I have it as intake to blow cool air on my gpus or as exhaust to pull hot air off of them to help remedy the cooling issue?

Hi Vladmar....I would have the side fan blow fresh air inward, onto the cards. Another fix, if you have room, is to mount a 120mm under the top to suck the heat out, where the heat likes to go.
