Hi guys,
I purchased a Digital Storm workstation with a Aerocool Strike-X Touchscreen fan controller. The pc arrived in good condition, I turned it on, and I wanted to change the fan speed on my fan controller, the right side of the screen responds, but the left doesn't. I unlocked the screen, tapped the RPM of fan one, and increased them by 200rpms. I did this because the fan was jumping from 1500 to 1600rpms, it was not at a steady speed. I then tried reducing the fan speed, but it didn't work, since the minus button is on the left part of the touch screen. I tried changing another fan speed (on the left part of the toucshscreen) but it didn't select (blink). I tried restarting my pc, but it didn't work. I wanted to reset the controller to factory settings (buy pressing + and - at the same time) but since the left side doesn't respond, it didn't work. The only thing that works on the left side is the temperature toggle between current temperature, and alarm temperature. I read the instrusction manual but it didn't help much. What should I do??

Call the techs at DS. Sounds like you have a faulty controller.
