Fan Speed Sensor??

Just viewed HWMonitor and it seems i lost a fan somewhere, says the Power fan is at 0 speed in bios, but just a couple days ago it was fine!, my temps are normal and everything, i guess the bios and HWMonitor just don't pick up the fan speed anymore?? Where is the Power fan usually connected? CPU and NB are fine.

ok so it seems that the fan is JPPWR, which was in my QA picture, now it's not in HWMonitor at all, and reading 0 on the BIOS. I'm assuming its my Memory Fant Kit. i think JPPWR is the header it's plugged into, still seems to be plugged in, wonder why its not working, any input?
