Depends on the case and components chosen.   You can get specific about those details with DS by talking to them about your selected build.   You can have your build exactly the way you want it.

An example is my Lumos build with Corsair ML Pro fans........they installed 6 upgraded fans, 3 in the front, 2 on top and the rear fan.   Looks awesome and dead quiet. They also kept the 2 original Corsair cooler fans in a push/pull on the rad.
