Frank, and all the good people that left comments, thank you!
This would be my final distilled config that I plan to order next week(s).
Chassis Model: Special Deal Hot Seller - Cooler Master 942 HAF X
Processor: Intel Core i7 3770K 3.50 GHz (Unlocked CPU) (Quad Core) (Requires Z77 Motherboard)
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE (Intel Z77 Chipset) (Higher Overclocks and Unique Wi-Fi Features)
System Memory: 16GB DDR3 1600MHz Digital Storm Certified Performance Series (Highly Recommended) (Hand Tested)
Power Supply: 1050W Corsair Pro Silver 1050HX (Dual/Triple/Quad SLI Compatible)
Hard Drive Set 1: Operating System: 1x (240GB Solid State (By: Intel) (Model: 520 Series)
Hard Drive Set 2: Multimedia\Data: 1x (1TB Western Digital Caviar (7200 RPM) (Model: Black Edition)
Optical Drive 1: DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW (DVD Writer 24x / CD-Writer 48x)
Video Card: 2x SLI Dual (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB (Includes PhysX)
Sound Card: Integrated Motherboard Audio
Extreme Cooling: AIR: Stage 2: Phanteks PH-TC14PE Extreme Performance
Chassis Airflow: Standard Factory Chassis Fans
Boost Processor: Standard Intel Turbo Boost 2.0 Automatic Overclocking
Windows OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (64-Bit Edition)

I will ask DSO to add a second top fan and set the both of them as exhaust, make sure the side panel fan (over the GPUs) is set for intake and that I really want 1.5V memory only. For some reason the DSO tested memory is listed as 1.65V???
Am I good to go?

Hi z3r0,

I agree with tju76. This is a great system that just cries out for Over Clocking the CPU. You have great cooling, a great case and a very good CPU. You could go to a stage 2 OC with no problem. The system will last a long time with this OC. If you just can't bring your self to get stage 2 OC then at least get stage 1 OC.

Yes, you have a good system.

I don't know anything about D3. All CPU functions will be faster with the OC.
