Hey guys,

I just purchased one of the pre-built PCs with Bread. I just wanted to know if anyone had some information as to how it works. I’m still waiting on the text to enter my payment information etc. etc. how long does that usually take? Is the delay because it’s the weekend? Thanks for any help!

First, welcome to the forums Brian954. Its good to have you here.

As for timelines... with all the madness in the world right now your guess is as good as ours. Alex (our inside guy at DS) has said that they are keeping up production while being as safe and sane as possible. Still, I would hate to hazard any guesses during this time.

Also, DS is a Mon-Fri company so any notices/progress/messages will (usually) not happen here on the weekends. (With the exception of the odd Alex sighting here and there.)

Again, welcome and hang in there, the wait will be worth it.

OK thank you makes sense. I also assume that production doesn’t start until “Bread” has my payment information. Is this true?

Bread should text you that information right away during the purchase process (it's automated). I suggest you try again.

That’s what I thought but the only text I got was that they would send a payment text shortly and it never happened. Although I did receive an email asking to set up automatic payments so maybe I’m set? Perhaps everything is on hold until Digital Storm processes the order.
