Hi falgorr...Until DST gets back to ya....
1. The A70 is a great cooler and all you need. The D14 will fit but is bigger but is a little more quiet. Keep the A70, IMHO. 2. The 1050W psu has a 7 year warranty, indicative of its quality, the 1200 DS has no stated warranty unless I missed it. Stick with 1050W HX. Plus you don't need 1200W. Not sure, are you interested in sli in the future?? If not than you could drop the psu to 750HX and put that $100 towards a gtx560Ti, giving you a better gpu for gaming. You said a little over $2000 was good, then I'd go with gtx 570 for another $150 or so over the gtx560Ti.... Good Luck

Ya what he said ^
1. a70 will give you great temps, no need for the d14 on the p67. 2. the ax/hx line of psu in corsair has a long track record of performance/reliability and the mentioned 7 year warranty, the DS psu we know nothing about and I think you looking at a 2 year warranty. I only recommend quality proven psus. Also as mentioned a 1200w is pointless in p67, what would you use it for? you can't do tri sli and that is the only reason to get a 1200w psu. 3. as mentioned if you don't need want sli ability then go with 750hx and save money and bump up the gpu, but I like to point out to you that jm299 says to play at your res he feels like sometimes he needs sli 570 for bf3, but then again we have people with single 570 that play bf3 at 1900 x 1200 and say they have no problems. so I just want you to keep in mind what jm299 said, I don't want you to tell me tomorrow that single 570 is not cutting it for you at your res and I should have told you to go with a sli able system. Personally I feel like you should be fine with one 570 at your res but I like to pass on all the info I know to you. for a non sli able system check this out: Ticket Number: 648690 but if you are looking at non sli system then check out ode 1, it cost a lot less but some parts are not as good as the config above and ode 1 would need mobo/psu change to do sli, above config just needs a psu upgrade, or if new gpus use little less power then the current ones the 750hx can do sli.
