Apparently there aren't any games out at the moment that support DX 11 but Windows 7 is built with DX 11 in mind. There isn't too much info about Nvidia and DX 11 but it is rumored that their 40nm GPU dubbed GT 216 will be their first DX 11 card. Also, the 300 line of GPU's is expected to supoort DX 11 as well.

Best just to wait and see.

now all you need is a game that supports it, and then you need to be playing that game
