First PC, Thanks for your help!

Budget:
2000 for PC. I will buy a 27 inch monitor separately, I hope.... Won some cash from my work holiday party so thank you work!! I am willing to add a bit if it is worthwhile, and would love to take some stuff off to save a bit for my monitor...

Expectations:
System that will run games very well, with no worries. I am not a PC person, so I don't get a lot of the must haves and requirements. And I don't want to have to buy a new PC for a loooong time.

Usage:
Just gaming, I use my iMac for everything else and got tired of dual booting. StarCraft, Black Ops, Need for Speed and less intensive games like Tram Fortress 2, WoW...
