Dear DS community,
I have known for a long time that my current computer is crap. I've planned to get a new one for a while, but now it is actually happening. I game A LOT. Here are a few of my regulars: All Valve games (L4D, TF2, etc.) League of Legends Some COD and Battlefield So, anyways, I am on a somewhat tight budget. I would like to spend $1300 at max. I don't need a monitor, mouse, speakers or any other peripherals. I want a build that gets me great game output in terms of performance as well as graphics. Need wireless adapter. Any help is much appreciated. I've been to many other custom-build websites and have not been impressed. Don't let me down. Many Thanks, MegaToast |

About the only thing you could sensibly do to get this config under the $1300 mark would be to drop the GPU down to a 460, but that is giving up a ton of video card power for a measly $58, I don't recommend it. fair warning, pretty much every 50 bucks you go under ~1500 you are really hurting yourself more than helping
its a tough truth, but those are the facts. better off to save longer and get a real bang for your buck in my opinion
