First time gaming PC buyer plz help

I'm thinking of making the switch to PC gaming and have been looking at getting a Vanquish 2, but I can't decide between the level 3 or 4 series. I have a few questions to anyone who owns or has used one of these rigs before.

1. Is there a major difference in performance between the 3 and 4 series?

2. What is the average lifespan of a Vanquish?

3. What is your overall opinion on this rig?
