Need advice on the Vanquish build.
Would it be best to go with the BETTER option with the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB or would it be better to go with the BEST option with the Intel Core i7-8700 and the GeForce GTX 1060 6GB? I have mostly gamed on an Xbox and an A********* laptop I think the x14 model from ~2014. I would like to get into the desktop side of pc gaming with a decent build that can run games like fortnite, pubg, cs:go, and league of legends respectively. And another question will I be able to upgrade the graphics card and/or the CPU later for better performance? Any advice will be much appreciated.

When it comes to comparing level 2 to the level 3 Vanquish, you do get what you pay for and worth the money if budget allows.
The level 3 cpu is much faster which gaming likes. It’s graphics card is roughly 50% faster in frames. The cpu cooler is much better and the primary drive with Windows is a solid state which boots much faster. Games on the SSD Drive will also load faster and refresh faster for smoother gaming. The level 2 is good gaming on a 1080p monitor but the level 3 does step it up for higher game settings and longevity before needing an upgrade. Both systems can easily be upgraded with a new graphics card. A cpu upgrade isn’t usually needed for many years.

Thank you bprat much appreciated, but the reason I asked about the graphics card upgrade and CPU upgrade is because the budget can fit a level 2 vanquish but not a level 3 yet would it be worth it to buy a level 2 now and upgrade to level 3 hardware down the road when it fits the budget or wait till the level 3 fits the budget?

Sure, get the level 2 now and when you can or need to, just upgrade the graphics card. I wouldn’t worry about the cpu. Upgrading that usually isn’t worth it until years later with a new system. Graphics card upgrade is easy but cpu upgrade can be a pain and expensive if it needs a new motherboard to match.

The level 2 is a solid base to upgrade your graphics from. The 1050 Ti will do pretty well for quite awhile before you start to think you need more. bprat22 is right about the CPU. It'll do fine for several years. The GPU upgrade to consider would be the 1060 6GB for gaming at 1080p.
