There's a bottleneck via the harddrive. I'd drop the 3rd 480 and get an SSD. You also should get something besides the stock cooler if you are going to overclock, which, getting the Rampage III I assume you want to do.
Just some quick observations

you definitely need a processor cooler
what makes you want the REIII over the evga SLI3?
1200w might be pushing it too far if you want to overclock those video cards.

Which cooler should i take for the processor. Also i have an SSD at home to install quick. Also over clocking will come in time and i am wondering if the 1500w will run on a house hold circuit.

you didnt select water cooling here
but if you did, the case will keep most of its original fans, it depends on where they put the radiator/what size/how many you get

In answer to Ender's Question about the REIII.....the RE III has way cooler little doodads added the ROG connect etc. I also like the color scheme and the board layout. Is it worth the extra $$$ ...thats up to the buyer. (I also think it is better for OC..but that is just a theoretical opinion as Ive never actually owned one)

okay so i added the extra pump resovior for the processor and given it a 1500 watt power supply. Anything else and yes i know 500 is small but i have 2tb and 120 of ssd at home so i am safe with storage for now.
